Founders' Circle Endowment Fund Grant
The Midwest Nursing Research Society Foundation is pleased to offer a Founders' Circle Endowment Fund Grant of up to $2,500 each. The purpose of the dissertation grant is to encourage dissertation research that advances nursing science and practice. Funds are available for quantitative and qualitative research on any topic relevant to nursing science.
Submissions will only be accepted between August 7 - October 31. When more than one investigator is listed, the first individual named is the MNRS point of contact. The first investigator will assume responsibility for the conduct of the research. No additional information will be accepted after the proposal has been received except for formal notification of IRB approval.
The proposal/applications are reviewed by the MNRS Grant Review Committee. The policies and procedures are made by the MNRS Grant Review Committee. Recommendation for funding is made to the MNRS Board of Directors. No proposals will be returned to the grant applicant.
Recipients will be notified if they have received a Dissertation Research Grant in early February.
Budget is not to exceed applicable grant amount. Only expenses essential to the conduct of the proposed research will be funded. No indirect costs are allowed.
