MNRS 2012 STUDENT POSTER COMPETITION INFORMATION
ALL STUDENTS WHO HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED BY THEIR SCHOOL/COLLEGE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE STUDENT POSTER CONTEST ARE ACCEPTED BY MNRS.
All students who submitted abstracts should have received notification of acceptance on Tuesday, January 16, 2012. This e-mail notification included poster number, date and time of poster presentation, set-up and dismantling time slots and guidelines for poster preparation.
All BSN and MSN posters will be presented on Friday, April 13 and all PhD and DNP posters will be presented on Saturday, April 14. The schedule for each day in terms of posters is as follows:
Friday, April 13th -
Set-up - 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Poster Viewing -
Morning Refreshment Break – 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM
Poster Session - Viewing - 12:00 PM - 2:00 PM
Poster Session (Author Attended) - 3:30 PM - 4:30 PM
Dismantle - Posters MUST remain on display until the end of the Author Attended Poster Session at which time authors will be responsible for dismantling. Any posters remaining after 8:00 PM on Friday will be removed by staff and MNRS cannot be responsible for your poster.
Saturday, April 14 -
Set-up - 7:00 AM - 8:30 AM
Poster Viewing -

Poster Session - Viewing - 11:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Poster Session (Author Attended) - 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM
