Midwest Nursing Research Society: 40 Years of Advancing Nursing Science, Improving Practice, and Enhancing Health

March 17-20, 2016

Wisconsin Center & Hyatt Regency - Milwaukee, Wisconsin

MNRS Reveals Abstracts of Distinction at the 40th Annual Research Conference.

The Board of Directors at MNRS charged a Task Force with overseeing the development of a process of identifying abstracts of distinction among all selected MNRS abstracts each year. Identifying Distinguished Abstracts will facilitate the Society’s ability to communicate top research carried out by MNRS members with the media and broader public health outlets. In addition, Distinguished Abstract Awardees will serve as MNRS representatives to other scientific conferences such as the Council for the Advancement of Nursing Science (CANS) conference, when requested.  Click here to view the press release.

Participate in the 2nd Annual Career Advancement Center (Career Fair)
Meet Potential Employers or Job Seekers

For the second year, MNRS will be holding the Career Advancement Center in conjunction with the 40th Annual MNRS Conference, scheduled for March 17-20, 2016 in Milwaukee.

In order to participate, you will need to create a profile, which can be done here.

Employers: Post open positions that may be of interest to nurse scientists, faculty or graduate students. You'll be able to showcase all of the career opportunities you have available and provide information about each position. Before the MNRS Conference in March, you will be invited to choose which job seekers you want to meet and then set up a time to talk face-to-face during the Annual Conference in Milwaukee. MNRS will provide a quiet place for employers to connect with potential employees at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee.

Job Seekers: You will find open positions that may be of interest with information about each position. Before the MNRS Conference in March, interested members will be able to select any employers they want to meet with and set up a time to talk face-to-face during the conference in Milwaukee. MNRS will provide a quiet, convenient place for you to meet with potential employers at the Hyatt Regency Milwaukee.

Please contact MNRS Staff at info@mnrs.org with any questions.
